The benefits of prenatal yoga
Yoga can be an enjoyable, safe way to stay in shape during your pregnancy. Any of our Gentle Yoga classes or Level 1 and 2 yoga classes will be suitable for mothers-to-be. Our instructors are certified to work with expectant moms.
The gentle, graceful movements of yoga strengthen your back and help you stay comfortable throughout your pregnancy.
