Teacher Training for 200 Hour Certification

200 Hour Certification Program
Taught by Andrea Fournet E-RYT500,
Bryan Fowler E-RYT500, and other AYC approved teachers.

The 200 hour track includes:
Eight Weekend Intensives
Two Weekend Workshops
Anatomy and Physiology Module
(4 Saturdays)
4 Ten-Session cards
For practicum teaching and
assisting in open classes.

Students who successfully complete the program qualify for Yoga Alliance Registration at the 200 hour level.
Full program participation required for certification.

Those not seeking certification are welcome to join in the magic of the VariYoga Intensive Series and Anatomy & Physiology modules without the test!

Session Times

VariYoga Weekend Intensives (8 ten-hour weekends)
Saturdays Noon to 5:00pm
Sundays 9:00am to 2:00pm
(with short snack breaks)

Anatomy & Physiology Module (4 six-hour sessions)
Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 4:00pm

4 Ten-Session Class Cards (40 Classes)

of individual classes for certification credit.

2010 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL
Enroll before February 1st, 2010, and pay only $2850.00.
The cash or check discount price is $2795.

Non-Certification or Continuing Education Options:


• VariYoga Intensive Series Only (8 Weekends): $1995.00
• Anatomy & Physiology Module Only (4 Saturdays): $320.00
• Individual VariYoga Intensive Weekends: $250.00 each
• Individual Anatomy & Physiology Sessions: $90.00 each
• Missed VariYoga Weekend Intensive sessions can be made up in the next intensive series at the reduced price of $75/weekend.
• Missed A&P sessions can be made up the following year at the reduced price of $50/session.

Teacher Training for 500 Hour Certification

AYC RYT-500 Mentorship Program
Taught by Andrea Fournet E-RYT500,
Bryan Fowler E-RYT500, and other AYC approved teachers.

If you are currently an RYT 200 yoga teacher and are interested in furthering your knowledge and receiving your 500 hour designation, we have the program for you!

Mentorship Program Details:
300 total hours added to your 200 = 500.
250 contact hours (in the teaching presence of an AYC designated RYT teacher).
50 non-contact hours (your hours teaching as a yoga teacher may apply).
You may begin this process at anytime with the mentorship registration fee of $150.
The 2010 VariYoga Teacher Training Intensive Weekends may provide up to 80 contact hours.
