Private sessions with personal and customized DVD with Andrea Fournet
A unique gift for yourself or for the person who has everything. Two, one-hour private sessions and a 30 minute follow-up. During your first 1 hour session Andrea will work with you to design the perfect yoga moves for your needs. She will then create a 30 minute DVD personalized and customized especially for you. In your second one-hour session you will review and practice along with your new DVD, and have Andrea assist you through adjustments and observation to make sure you receive the maximum benefit from your DVD. Your 30 minute follow-up will be 2 months after your second session to see how you are doing and get help with any changes you may want.
